How long will it take to finish my custom?

An average order will take about 3-4 days after it is recieved to complete the customization and then an extra 2 days to ship. Please be aware that we have to order the shoe in your size which may add some time. But don't worry because you will be updated on the status of your order as it's being prepared!
Will the paint rub or wash off?

After each shoe is complete, we use a finisher that protects the paint from any type of damage. But please be aware that these customs are for casual wear only! We do not recommend playing any contact sports in them as the paint might start to wear after a while.
How do I check the status of my order?

Before you placed your order, you were asked to enter an email address so that we could send you an order confirmation email. At the bottom of that email, there is a Tuff Kickz email address that is active and can be used to ask questions about your order!
How do I cancel an order?

When you recieve your confirmation email, you will see a Tuff Kickz email address. Send an email to the address within 12 hours of placing your order and you will be able to recieve a full refund.
